Returns

We hope you'll be happy with your online purchase, however if it just isn't right, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, this applies to online purchases only (buyer pays return postage costs).
Please note that the above does not apply to Clearance items (stock reduced by more than 50%), these items are being sold off at a fraction of the retail price to clear stockroom space, we don’t want them back. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
  • For hygiene reasons jewellery can not be returned.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your return not the day you posted it.  Please note that it can take up to seven working days for your bank to process the refund.  You will receive an email when the refund has been processed on our end. 
  • All goods will be inspected when they reach our warehouse.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, we recommend you return your item by tracked and secure postage, we recommend Royal Mail.  Please ensure they are carefully packaged as we can not take responsibility for loss or damage.
  • We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake.
  • Your original order confirmation should be enclosed with your return.  This will speed up your refund.
  • If an item has been returned in an unsuitable condition a refund will not be processed.
  • Goods should be returned packaged with all tags attached. Footwear should be in its original box.
  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us.

For your convenience returns can also be dropped off at one of our physical stores (our United Colors of Benetton, Enniskillen branch only)  Please note, our store is only a drop off point, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed by our team instore.  All of the above terms and conditions apply and refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.
UPDATED INSTORE RETURNS POLICY (for purchases made instore pre lockdown). 13/01/21
Helps us to help you!  We understand that many of you are worried or anxious about returning your goods that were purchased before we were instructed to close our doors.  We have implemented a new procedure that will not only help you but also help us.  As a company we are also anxious about the number of pending returns ahead of us when we are finally allowed to re-open, our A/W season would ordinarily be closed at the end of January.  Additionally we hope this new procedure will help reduce returns queues and crowds upon re-opening. 
Please note the below procedure applies to instore purchases made before lockdown on 26th December.  Our online returns policy remains the same (please see above).
Read carefully the below instructions should you wish to return an instore purchase made from 1st November 2020 to 24th December 2020.
  1. Carefully pack your unworn items, labels must be attached.  Enclose your original receipt along with your full name, email address and telephone number, clearly written.
  2. Send your parcel to Benetton Loves, 9-11 East Bridge street, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh,BT74 7BW or alternatively drop your parcel off according to the instructions above.
  3. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, we recommend you return your item by tracked and secure postage, we recommend Royal Mail.  Please ensure they are carefully packaged as we can not take responsibility for loss or damage.
  4. We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If an item has been returned in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  5. If returning footwear they must be in their original box, for hygiene reasons jewellery can not be returned.
  6. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us.
  7. Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your return.
  8. We can not accept parcel drop offs by anyone other than an authorised delivery/courier service due to the current local restrictions.

Upon receipt of your parcel and providing you have followed the instructions above we will issue you with an E-Gift card to use online (can not be used instore) Your E-Gift card will be sent to the email address and telephone number provided. Your gift card will be available to use immediately and is valid for one year. 

We hope this new and updated instore returns policy will be useful to many of you and facilitate the option to pick up a sale bargain online.  However if online shopping just isn't your thing and you wish to wait until we re-open no problem - we will also be accepting returns instore. You will be able to return instore for a credit note or exchange, strictly up to 10 working days after we re-open (this is our standard post Christmas returns policy). PLEASE NOTE - returns made instore when we reopen will be on an exchange or credit note only basis at the current selling price.
